| Full | Facilitating Conversations with Family and Partners – When client goals involve others and/or they are learning about their own needs, barriers and identity, family and friends can often feel lost and confused about how to support them. | Full | Non-face-to-face Supports – Non-face-to-face supports will be charged in 30 minute increments and can include, but is not limited too; provision of supporting documentation, NDIS and manual invoicing clients set-up fee (one-off) and liaison with other health care professionals. | $45 per 30 minutes |
